Blanket Permission Highlighter ਵਲੋਂ BrickGrass

Highlights AO3 users listed as having blanket permission to podfic their works in green, as per Rindle's https://www.fpslist.org/.

Works which do not have a blanket permission author can also be filtered out from search results.
