(Re)add a context menu to tabs menus that closes other tabs of the selected tab.

The "Close Other Tabs" was removed from the regular location and put in a submenu in Firefox version 78. This extension re-adds that menu item back to a more convenient location. Not yet tested with Tree Style Tabs.
