- Added predefined searches in form of suggestions in the options page
- Empty rows are now skipped during saving
- Fixed bug where searches were shown on context menu without a selection

- Selection text is now URL encoded meaning text containing spaces or other special characters should work properly
- Changed maximum length of selection text from 50 to 200 chars
