Bug fixes:
- Fixed bug with google maps links.
- Fixed bug with forward/backwards navigation not hiding/highlighting filtered/preferred domains.

Improved sorting of preference list. Preferences should not only sort by their location in the list, but also take into consideration their original position in the search results.

This release adds the options page to the extension, allowing the user to:
- Turn on/off the filter list.
- Turn on/off the preference list.
- Switch filter mode.

Also fixes some bugs, and probably adds some new ones!
