Approved the addition of a "Maximize windows when they are created." option at the request of github.com/egrieco, who submitted changes to the code. The idea is in alignment with the general goal of the addon. Though I wonder if the option should be set by default for new installations, it shouldn't affect any current users automatically. The option can be turned on or off through the options page.

Changed "Maximize on Browser Startup" option to "Maximize windows on browser startup." Set "Maximize windows on browser startup." option to true by default.

Added "Minimize windows that were minimized before maximizing." option to minimize windows that were minimized before maximizing happened. Also set to true by default.

Added UUID to manifest.
