Automatically puts tags near all usernames on Reddit based on their posting activity

Currently only supports tagging based on subreddit activity (posts/comments count, score of posts, average).
No presets are defined. Tags appear around a minute or less after opening the page, but can be more depending on the connection.
Warning: consumes a lot of traffic! Do not use on metered connections!

Current version has invalid sorting for the displayed tag info on hover. Also the display of "above"/"below" in settings is broken, but selecting an option will correctly write into db.
