UPDATE #2: At first I loved this but the longer I use it, the more I'm discovering it blocks other things on sites that I need or want to see, including reviews. In addition, more often than not, more sites are refusing to grant reading access unless it's disabled. Bummer.

The idea is great. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that it's worth it even with the whitelisting option. Though the idea is great, it has a downside. Not sure that I'll continue with this. Disappointed. :(

UPDATE: I continue to use this and have greatly appreciated it but it has a downside. There are numerous sites that won't let me proceed with reading their news pieces until I disable the ad-blocker. The good thing is that users can whitelist the site. Not sure that I'm ready to give it those sites a general "okay." But at least it's an option. So, even though this has its ups and downs, it's a great app. I'd like to believe that maybe the more that use apps like this, maybe it will start to change the way websites use ads.

Original: never had an ad block before I guess because I never gave it much thought, even though ads drove me nuts. Finally, after constantly encountering objectionable ads, I checked out this out. Refreshing! No longer inundated with ads.
