The extension has problems with connecting on login attempts to the desktop app for confirmation of biometric verification. I regularly have to resort to manual password entering....
It's becoming worse with the latest updates...
Experience on Acer Spin3 2-in-1, 2020 model.

Been using bitwarden for years, but the last update has left me questioning whether I will renew next year. The new UI is absolutely terrible. If you insist on using this new layout, please include an option for those of us who want it to restore the functional UI

New update makes UI/UX really bad. Form filling stopped working altogether. Please bring back form filling and remove clutter and too many options from UI

My favorite app and extension. But please, restore the previous UI — it was soo much better and intuitive.

Bad UI and UX after new update. New design wastes too much space, it takes more clicks to achieve the same objectives, muscle memory from years of use is completely destroyed. I feel the design enforces a single type of user's preferences and disregards the rest as can be seen by the hugely negative feedback on here and reddit.

Would be 4 or 5 stars but the recent UI changes made it slower to use (more clicks) which for a tool you use a lot makes zero sense.

You broke it. Never NEVER do form over function for critical systems like password management. There is not even any improvements I have noticed just different. At a minimum change the fill to not be a tiny stupid button but the whole login card and make edit be the little button if anything.

Decent on desktop, basically broken on android. I wanted to try out a more secure way of storing my passwords, but Bitwarden is inconvenient to use.

New design is not good.

Well, I'm giving five stars back. It turns out, there was a way to disable this tiny "fill" button. Thanks for the answer, Bitwarden team! The design is still not that clean and slick as it was even with "compact mode" on, but I guess it's what we are stuck at the moment. All in all, here are your 5 stars!

Lay out is ugly and very 'DOS 1990', but as far as I can judge now, system as such is safe.

Give us the old UI that doesn't SUCK back.

updated few days ago... they add fill button, if you click the row dont autofill anymore its entering edit mode!, Why Bitwarden? now have to aim that tiny fill button? i dont undertand why you did that.

The new redesign sucks. An extra click now to copy the same details? What was wrong with it before? At least the search sucks slightly less, I mean, sooo intuitive to type ">+word +secondword" to get the right item to the top of the list instead of just "word secondword"

The redesign pissed me off with the new fill button functionality. I edit things once in a while, and fill fields every day multiple times. The default behavior should be to fill when clicking, and have an edit button.
