have you ever got rickrolled by an extension?

I posted a comment on a YT video six years ago asking what a song was and just stumbled across it again. This identified it immediately.

Heard a song in a YT short, no comments and no infos in description, so i googled, landed here, and it worked.

it's shazam and it works, except when firefox doesn't want to play nice

This is an awesome extension, I use it on Twitch when listening to DJs as some of them do not show that track ID. It does a good job of finding dance music tracks

The only Shazam extension that works. Great job.

The GUI sucks but I don't care cuz it WORKS! lol Also just a tip for those who said it spins and does nothing: If you are on Firefox and using Container Tabs, try the same URL outside of the tab. Or, to keep using the container tabs, right-click the extension icon in the toolbar, then select "Manage Extension," then under "Run in Private Windows" choose "Allow."
