A gray theme like MS Office UI Autor: yzl

This is a theme inspired by "Microsoft Office - Dark Gray" (made by leeanddrew). The colors of <hovered button background> and <inactive title background> (and some others...) are tuned to give more prominent hint to the user's actions.
