Multi-Tab Control
- Watch multiple Twitch streams and automatically switch to the stream without ads
- Rank streams using up/down arrow buttons
- Real-time status updates showing which streams are playing ads
- Respects manual navigation - only switches when you're on a managed stream

• Popup updates in real-time without needing to reopen
• When all streams have ads, switches to top-ranked stream but keeps it muted
• Streams only unmute when ads finish
