Not need any permission, very tiny expansion (only 15K Byte), The only drawback is that the GUI is too simple， and interval fixed to 5 seconds.

Please, add the option to change interval.

Also, it would be great to see context menu (as an alternative to the button) for the tabs (RMB).

And... did you have an "autoreload" on github?

It reloads my file without problems.
It really does not need any permissions!
