Exactly the functionality I was looking for, but as I use it not to read but to scroll shopping pages, I need the scrolling speed to be much faster, like 3 or 4 times the actual max speed.

In latest release, this addon may serve your request.
It is possible to 3000 scroll per second at max speed.
