This is for personal use, but you can also give it a try. For better protection I'm using an extra account with a secret password, and also policy to prevent extension from disabling or deleting. PC (policy file) is also password protected.
Sometimes I do an update the list, whenever I find a weak spot.
Some webpages that I normally use, are whitelisted and won't be triggered.
