It's nice to be able to block sites I don't want from loading, but I wish there was an option to have those sites instantly close, rather than having to wait the 1 second.

Not working anymore

Trying to open this feature is more frustrating than trying to block the ad website I want to block.

Seems like it might be useful to some people, but is completely useless for my purposes. It would be much better if there was absolutely no user interface when a blocked site is encountered. I need something that just ignores a URL request to a blocked site.

Excellent. Fantastic options. Just what I was looking for (for my autistic son).

I cannot give more then 3 stars for being very un-intuitive and quite restrictive.

I went to advanced settings, I wrote hours, minutes and ... You get some -- that you must fill, yet. I thought seconds? no. Maybe just leave it and it will be defaulted to some value? no, you must fill it... After clicking random stuff at keyboard it turned out you can fill it with 'a' for AM or 'p' for PM. Great, but how am I supposed to understand that? It's not how other apps do it, nor how it is expected to work. Also for only 2 options "combo-box" could work more intuitively then input field.

Second problem - why force people to use AM/PM in first place? Wheres switch to not use it? I don't even know what AM and PM 'is' (over-exaggeration, but I really prefer to look up which one is which, whenever I have to use it) I prefer 24h clock.
Also when I wrote 17 and it changed to 5, but didn't made it pm - it's definitely not overlooked, but specifically restricted...

good ideas would be : default hour to AM, if user writes 17, change it to 5 PM. Also by defaulting 3rd field into AM, user will know what is supposed to be here. '--' two dashes don't indicate best on what am I supposed to write here.

Why do we not have an option to close the blocked site immediately? Blocked site tab/window opens for AT LEAST 1 second in the foreground before auto-closing.

Why the popup of blocked site opens in foreground and not silently closed in the background? (I have set new tabs to be opened in background FYI).

Settings are difficult to understand. Please make them user friendly, so that even a teenager can use your extension.

Déjà, tous les url se sont effacés quand j'ai voulu me déconnecter de Firefox. Sans avertissement explicite.
Ensuite, j'ai passé une matinée à enregistrer manuellement tous les url page par page.
Résultat :
Aucun url enregistré dans l'extension !!
L'enregistrement et confirmation avec mot de passe a pourtant été fait.
Les règles avec mot clé :
Ne fonctionnent pas !!
J'ai copié collé ces règles. En enlevant les guillemets ou en les laissant. Essai avec ou sans.
Résultat ?

Rien ne fonctionne sur cette extension.
Ensuite, j'ai tenté d'écrire au concepteur : Ray.
Après un très long chemin, on vous demande de vous inscrire pour commencer.
Une fois inscrit, vous arrivez sur des propositions de forfaits divers.
Mais aucun onglet pour poser votre question. Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé au tout début de cette longue route !!
De qui se moque t'on chez Block Site ??
Et Firefox complice qui recommande cette extension !!
Ils se fichent carrément des gens en fait !!
Il y a un mépris total pour les utilisateurs de Firefox qui continue de recommander ce genre d'extension méprisante !!
Pour finir, Firefox et son espèce de labyrinthe de soit disant " Assistance" où au bout d'une heure on ne se rappelle même plus la question du départ !!
Il y a des moments où je me dit que je vais jeter pc, tablette, portable...etc et revenir à une vie simple loin de toutes ces merdes qui nous polluent !!
