Upgraded to WebExtension to provide cross-browser consistency, and be compatible with new versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera.

Unlike previous version, all functionality has been unified into one browser bar Bulc Club icon:
1. Click the icon to open a pop-up and enter your email address to automatically create a BulcBurner (single-use, disposable email address).
2. Click the Bulc Club logo at the top of the pop-up to access your Bulc Club Member Console.

As with previous version: highlight an email address/domain on any web page and select "Check Bulc Club Member Rating" from context menu to check the current spam score for addresses and domains.
