Absolutely a must for using twitter (or x 🤢) in its current terrible state. I can't even use the regular app anymore because of how much this extension has spoiled me with a decent experience. Twitter would not be usable without this extension. No longer am I forced to see the forced ragebait political posts and bad takes by blue ticks. For me, that is everything I need.

Stopped working after Musk changed the url from twitter.com to x.com. Had to remove the app and then reinstall it. Working fine for now.
