Style rewrite.

I wasn't particularly fond of the styling I was using in previous versions dark theme. So, here's an update!

I would list all the changes I made here, but since all of them were purely stylistic (and there were too many), I think the add-on should speak for itself.

A lovely amalgam of various changes.

In the name of user experience I've changed how the video resizer loads and runs. It now loads when the page starts loading and modifies the required elements as it finds them. This is in an attempt to make page transitions more smooth.

There was also an issue with the subtitles not resizing along with the video player. With the new method being used this problem should be resolved. (I couldn't get it to happen during testing after the re-code.)

The video player will now take window height into account in large mode. This means that it can shrink if you make your browser height too small rather than just cutting off portions of the video.

Switching between Large and Regular mode now maintains the Regular mode video size. There was a bug with the previous version where it would be wide enough but not tall enough.

Added some more Dark Theme style rules to account for those (that I found) that I missed as well as make sections like comments a bit more readable.

I think Crunchyroll is intentionally messing with me at this point.

Had to add the Expo banner removal back, but I've learned my lesson Now, it simply checks if it exists before trying to remove it. Should have done that in the first place; you live and you learn.

More fixing and checking on top of those from 1.27

I should have made a proper check for the Expo header, so when it disappeared it wouldn't break the resizer... but here we are.


Fixed the video resizer, which was broken due to the CrunchyRoll Expo banner being removed when it doesn't exist anymore.

Removed the Crunchyroll Expo banner that displays across the top of the screen when on pages with video as it gets in the way.

Added more dark theming rules. Some of the pages weren't being properly styled.
