- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Firefox user 15858838, 5 lat temuAwesome! Thanks, this is the only way to get decent new tab functionality until Mozilla fixes the bug with the url bar.
- Ocena: 1/5Autor: Mike Ehrmantraut, 5 lat temuUseless. Only allows the search engines I don't want to use.

- Ocena: 5/5Autor: student 20, 5 lat temuThis extension is great! It does exactly what it says, and nothing else. It would be nice, I suppose, if the custom page could be set within the regular Firefox options, but I'm not complaining.
What I WILL complain about is that I need an addon to do this at all. What the heck, Firefox? Not being able to set a new tab page without an extension is just... weird. - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Firefox user 14020896, 6 lat temuThere is a major bug, most people will be using this to have their own start page, the issue is, when you click any link from this new tab page, it loads it in its iframe and dousnt redirect to the proper website you have clicked.

Data: 6 lat temuUnfortunately this is a known issue (https://github.com/MethodGrab/firefox-custom-new-tab-page/issues/1) with no easy solution unless you control the site used as your new tab page. If you do control the site you can add `target="_top"` to the links to make them open in the top frame.
I've added a note about this to the caveats section of the add-on description. - Ocena: 3/5Autor: Daupaloffer, 6 lat temuFantastic in every way apart from the fact that it flashes white when loading.

Data: 6 lat temuThanks for your feedback. What would you expect to see while the site is loading? A dark screen instead? I've opened an issue and any input on a solution would be appreciated https://github.com/MethodGrab/firefox-custom-new-tab-page/issues/3. - Ocena: 5/5Autor: Pluggie, 6 lat temu
- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Firefox user 15090805, 6 lat temuSimple, unobtrusive, doesn't require a bunch of questionable permissions, and does exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Firefox user 14774827, 6 lat temuDid exactly what I wanted, and was simple to set up.
- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Sin, 6 lat temuDoes exactly as expected. A much better option for changing my new tab than a bloated addon from elsewhere that requires access to the entire browser for no reason.

- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Firefox user 14430297, 6 lat temuMuch better than New Tab Override, I would say -1 star for no support for local files but sadly Mozilla doesn't allow extensions to access local files. I love how it auto focuses on search along with giving you the ability to set the new tab title! 9/10

- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Firefox user 13937307, 7 lat temuWorks like it should. :)
It open the specific URL (wikipedia in my case) and focuses an empty address-bar.
it just lacks the title of the the newly opend tab (it shows "new tab" instead of "wikipedia") ...but thats negligible.Odpowiedź autora
Data: 7 lat temuFor security reasons it's not possible to set the title automatically but I've just published v0.3.0 which lets you manually set the title from the options page. - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Firefox user 12623004, 7 lat temuIt opens the tab to bing which i want but when search bing the websites not open so useless

- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Firefox user 14271624, 7 lat temuDoes exactly what I want, without requiring access to anything sensitive (like my browser history, or data entered into any web page)
- Ocena: 1/5Autor: Firefox user 14143331, 7 lat temuIn one of my profiles, I want new tabs to open my Home Page: http://localhost:8090. But when I change the New Tab URL to this address, the extension ignores it. My homepage works fine, and I'm certainly not blocking iframes. Do I have to somehow explicitly enable or add an iframe to my home page for this extension to work?
