Used to be great, but no longer works to download videos from Dailymotion.

Please fix it!

Why does this program need a mile-long list of permissions? Why can't it *ONLY* download videos???

I used this for many years as an excellent addon to download DailyMotion and rated it 5 stars, but it now doesn't work. It would be great if it could be fixed and I would then change the review back to 5 stars

Contains Malware. Many links (depends on site), once clicked or copied, are sent through a redirect site called "smartredirect.de".

Be careful when using this tool, it injects a redirection to out going links. Why would they do that! Not a safe thing to do. Who knows what other things are injected or hijacked.

Doesn't work on Youtube. Can't see anything on the page, no video files. A useless addition.

Don't work on all websites.

Adware. It replaces some links you click with third party referrer sma***edirect.de

video was about 20 minutes long but this app see only files smaller then 1 MB

No download button on youtube.com!! So I can only assume that this FF addon is another scam to get your browser data!!

Since there aren't any links to contact the developer anymore, I guess I'll ask here. Will you please explain the purposes of the particular permissions this addon requires? Why do you need to access my data for all websites? Etc.

This extension ("Flash and Video Download") injects smartredirect links into regular browsing processes that have nothing to do with the supposed functionality of the extension, so instead of directly going to another page or site, it loads a smartdirect catcher link in-between.
This behaviour should be banned.
