This extension injects a compact eng.ge dictionary panel into web pages when the user activates it via the toolbar button, context menu, or keyboard shortcut.

Data transmission:
- User-entered dictionary search terms are sent to https://eng.ge/index.php?q=...
- Selected page text is sent only when the user chooses the “Search eng.ge” selected-text action.
- Dictionary definitions are fetched from https://eng.ge.
- Contribution and correction form content is sent to https://eng.ge only when the user submits it.
- Authenticated requests use eng.ge cookies with credentials: include for session status, logout, contribution, correction, and trusted editor actions.

Permissions:
- Access to HTTP/HTTPS pages is used to inject the dictionary panel and support selected-text search on arbitrary pages.
- tabs is used to message tabs, inject scripts after user activation, and synchronize pinned/minimized panel state.
- storage is used only for local panel state.
- contextMenus is used for selected-text search.
