Actually, it does.
-> FABUI Toolbar Icon
-> Settings Tab
-> Enable Notifications
-> Submissions
-> Sound Notifications (Set to OFF)
-> Repeat the steps for Journals, Favorites, Watchers, Comments and Notes.
