The only real drawbacks are that many features on a website are blocked, including captchas, and soetimes entire websites that arelegitimate won't allow you to access them. in that case, I must open another browser with Ghostery installed to access them, which is a bit of a pain, but easily overcome if you recognise what's going on.
So 4 out 5 Stars is generous, as the limitations placed on regualr browsing can sometimes outweigh the benefits,

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to test running Ghostery simultaneously with other content blockers in the browser and we recommend deciding for one as there might be issues where the different content blockers rules exclude each other.
Running multiple content blockers in parallel is for advanced users - like in your case - where you know how to recover if issues pop up.

I didn't realize how much those pesky ads bugged me until I noticed they were ... missing. Wow! The part about stopping trackers from getting my personal data is a great bonus, so I plan to hold onto Ghostery for as long as possible.
