I created the account to leave a review, never done it here before but I just can't stand that logic. You literally created every possible option someone could think of, but there is no way to make those thumbnails smaller. It's probably new generation has a problem with logic. I've noticed that more and more. Really why would you do so many different features for something that can't be changed in the size?! Where is your logic? I can't use it for example, it looks super huge for me, I don't like it, and changing the size should be the priority #1 for speed dial rather that 100 colors of shadows etc. Don't get me wrong, everything looks great besides that, but someone who created that has a huge problem with a logic (English isn't my native language, so forgive me for mistakes). You can change group layout (so also dial sizes) in the "Edit group" window - right click group name or click the main menu to access "Edit group".

The update was released already 10 days ago, it's highly unlikely to be related, also there would be much more reports.
Check if there is "Old Firefox Data" folder on your desktop, it's possible that your Firefox was refreshed.

I'll increase it, but 3 seconds sounds a bit too much :).
I'll fix this in the upcoming version 29.0 which should be out in a near future.

Group Speed Dial version 26.0 is still compatible with Firefox ESR 115, you can install it from here:

Sadly, I can no longer bring back support in the current version of my addon due to missing JavaScript features in Firefox ESR 115. Even the newer ESR 128 is getting too old and in a few months will be replaced with Firefox ESR 140.
But the version 26.0 should work fine.
