Uninstalled because it messed with too many websites where the term "cookie" is used somewhere in the markup.

Also uninstalled for datamining reasons. I'd prefer the open source version. ("I still don't care about cookies"), but for now I will go without.

I can no longer recommend this extension, it has been bought by Avast, and they are controversial with user data at best they do not value privacy. "I still don't care about cookies" is an open source fork that replaces this now worthless add-on.

Dieses Add-on wurde einst und noch immer von Firefox empfohlen, um Datenschutz nach EU-Recht zu schützen. Das Add-on wurde allerdings (laut Kommentaren) vor 1-2 Monaten von der bzgl. Datenschutz verrufenen Firma AVAST gekauft - ohne jegliche Ankündigung/Information für die >300.000 Nutzer!! Ein Unding und Firefox sollte hier reagieren!
Ich bin also rein zufällig darauf gestoßen und deinstalliere das Addon! Stattdessen installiere ich nun den Github-Fork "I still don't care about cookies" von Guus.

Wirklich EMPFEHLENSWERT ist aber: "Consent-O-Matic" von CAVI - Aarhus University !!!

Dieses "Consent-O-Matic" unterscheidet sich vom bloßen teils wahllosen "Wegklicken" der Cookiemeldungen (Tracking durch Cookies trotzdem möglich) bei "IDCAC" durch Analyse der Meldung und möglichst datenschutzkonforme, automatische Auswahl!

Bitte genau prüfen, Empfehlung überdenken und Nutzer informieren! Danke!

It just stopped working one day.

Just found out that Avast purchased this Add-on. I value my privacy, and that's reason enough for me to delete this Add-on, and switch to the open-source "Community" version (fork), now called "I Still Don't Care About Cookies".

Can't recommend it anymore since it has been bought by avast, definitely not a good company.

This extension has been bought by Avast. Kudos to the developer but Avast is the worst AV, technically and regarding privacy. Fly, you fools!
