- Capturing a domain route from the tab context menu now fails on duplicate domains instead of updating the existing rule.
- Domain-rule validation now rejects duplicate normalized domains.

- Used the live tab cookieStoreId when evaluating webRequest routes, so already-correct container tabs are not routed again if Firefox omits the cookie store from the request event.
- Closed source blank/newtab tabs after a successful domain reroute.
