YASS at least works, but it really sucks compared to Smoothwheel. That was the best -- it was smoother than anything else, it had better controls, it worked on all web sites, and it worked with all mice (until Firefox Quantum broke compatibility.) Someone needs to resurrect this extension. I hate Firefox without it.

It works, and does what it says it does. That being said, I find the scrolling behaviour it offers highly irritating. It's very smooth and smartphone-like as advertised, but that seems to be a better fit for touchscreen interaction than when using a scroll wheel. I uninstalled it since I find the default 3-line scroll much more usable. The ramp-up and ramp-down time when using this addon is much longer – when you stop scrolling, it doesn't actually stop where you are at that moment, but inertia-scrolls onwards for a full second. So if I'm looking for something on a page, this add-on makes it much more difficult to pinpoint.

Is there a way to make this work with Thunderbird? My Logitech MX Master 2S mouse is jumpy and jerky in Tbird, though it is smooth in Firefox. help!

The Logitech Smooth Scrolling ad-on had to be disabled as it prevented links in Thunderbird opening in Firefox. Windows 10 is OS.
