1. This is a great add-on, and I've been using it for the past few months. They JUST RECENTLY fixed the copy issue with copy & pasting usernames/passwords, but it was a few months of it not working. I get the premium version through a student discount on all of nord's services, so I highly recommend the NordVPN, but not NordLocker (its outrageously slow, but I still use it because its encrypted and I am a paranoid person).
2. The password management is really well done. Its is pretty easy to use, but I do recommend taking the time to explore the setting and features of the add-on. It helps you understand it more.
3. Bitwarden is also a good competitor for password managers. I haven't used it myself, but reviews do seem good.
4. I am studying cybersecurity, and from what I've learned it is that: it is best to use services from one developer/company. Over complexity will actually significantly reduce security and protection.
That is just my opinion. I love NordPass' features, but I have the paid version for being a student. I do reccomend the other Nord services (AGAIN EXCEPT NORDLOCKER IF YOU'RE NOT PATIENT). They are top quality. But if you're not keen on spending money, Bit Warden is a great FREE choice

Used to work fairly well. They changed their windows app, and firefox app months ago, and its slowly degraded to never autofilling on firefox ever, across multiple computers and installs. It defeats the purpose of having a password manager, let alone paying for one that literally is just a notepad now. Even if they fix it, they have no qualms about breaking their software for months after you've paid. They probably just get 40% of their money from apple users, and 40% from chrome users and say screw the other 20%, we got their money, probably only 30% of those will be bothered to cancel. so we'll just increase prices 5% and screw firefox users.Odpowiedź autora

Nothing fills in and the pop up window does not show. I have no idea how to fix it. This has happened a number of times. I can still go to the Nordpass app so I can copy and paste, but that is what the extension is supposed to automatically do. When I look online for help, I get a bunch of techno steps on how to fix it that I am not savy enough to do. I thought that is what the software company is supposed to do, not the user.
