The extension functions, which means websites will load very slowly, when Firefox is first opened. 10 - 20 minutes later nothing will open and I get the same notice when the attempt times out; Secure Connection Failed, PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR.
After multiple attempts to correct this issue, the best fix I've discovered is turning off NordVPN. I've used NordVPN products on my devices for years. Fortunately, my current subscription expires in August and I'm going to do myself a favor and not renew.Odpowiedź autora

After contacting the support team, they were able to determine the cause, but replied that "we are unable to fix this problem" and abandoned any further work.
I am still unable to use this extension to this day, which is very disappointing as I was a loyal user of this extension.
