New in v2.0: Prevent Duplicate Tabs

Each rule now has an optional "Prevent duplicate tabs" setting. When enabled, if you open a URL that's already open in another tab, the new tab is automatically closed and the existing tab is focused instead. URL comparison ignores query parameters and hash fragments.

Also fixed a bug where the popup showed 0 active rules.
