Added a visual designer for Custom Search Engines so that instead of adding {query} to the end of a link, we're prompted to select "title," "title+year" from the menu. You can also select "title," "title+year" for Search Configuration.

Add a warning if a user adds Yandex to any search engine. A warning about the fact that a large portion of resources may be unavailable due to current Russian legislation, etc.
