Privacy Policy for Right Click Unblocker

THE SHORT VERSION

This extension collects no data about you. None. There is no server to send it to even if it wanted to.

WHAT IS COLLECTED

Nothing. The extension does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, browsing history, page content, search terms, IP addresses, device identifiers, or analytics of any kind.

WHAT IS SAVED ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER

Two things, using your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device:

1. The list of websites you have explicitly ticked "Always unblock this site" for.
2. A single true/false marker recording that the welcome page has already been shown, so that it is never shown again.

Uninstalling the extension removes both.

NETWORK ACTIVITY

The extension makes no network requests whatsoever. It contains no remote code, no third-party libraries, no content delivery network links, no tracking pixels, no fonts loaded from elsewhere, and no analytics. Every file it uses is contained inside the extension itself.

The only web address in the extension is a link to the author's Ko-fi donation page, in the extension's popup and on the welcome page. Nothing is sent to it. It opens only if you deliberately click it, in the same way as clicking any other link.

WHAT THE EXTENSION CAN SEE

By default the extension has no access to any website. It gains temporary access to a single page only at the moment you click its toolbar icon on that page, and that access ends when you navigate away.

If you tick "Always unblock this site", your browser asks you to grant ongoing access to that one website. You can withdraw it at any time from your browser's extension settings, or by unticking the box.

Even when it has access, the extension only ever changes how the page responds to right-clicking and text selection. It does not read, copy, or transmit the contents of any page.

CHILDREN

The extension collects no data from anyone, including children.

CHANGES

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published with the extension listing before the change takes effect.
