I don't recall how long I've been using RoboForm, but it's been a while. After several other app options just didn't work well enough, I found RoboForm and haven't looked back. It's very easy to use. It warns me of overused or potentially compromised passwords. It provides generated complex password. It keeps track of when I've changed a password, the date, and what the previous password does.

When I need support, RoboForm is great - helping find a solution or noting a problem for a fix in a future release (the last problem I brought them was fixed within days.)

I've been using Roboform on all platforms for years. It's the thing i use.

Been using for 10+ years. Gets the job done, but critical functionality settings are scattered about and confusing. Lacks user defined website subject/type categories with subcategories - it's just one big list of sites. Personally, I would like to have the date of log-in/password creation. This would help to sort on date criteria when reviewing older log-ins to possibly delete. Needs the ability to 'hide' infrequently used log-ins, those you rarely use but don't wish to delete.

demands payment for features customer service claims should work without. So far they have shown no interest in fixing their mess. I will edit if that changes. Customer service just keeps getting worse don't use roboform try an alternative

Add-on disables native Mozilla password retrieval and is unusable.
