Fixes trip length bug affecting trips that report in one month and release in the following month

Fixed bug when displaying trip length for trips that start in December and extend into January of the next year.

Days column now matches Bold text style of other row entries

Minor change to height of scrollable trip filter window to prevent partial obscuration of last trip in the table.

Added feature to delay timeout of Interbids web pages from 12 minutes to a few hours.

Added feature to take you directly to your Crew Info page if the 'Crew Id' field is blank when clicking on the 'Smart CrewID Search' button, or pressing the 'Enter' key.

1. This update implements a feature to allow the user to even more quickly get to their own CrewInfo page and bypass the proxy pages. Simply enter '1' (the number one) in the CrewId box and hit the Enter key (or Click on the 'Smart CrewID Search' Button).

2. The default behavior for the PBS system is to try to log you out after 12 minutes of inactivity. This update lengthens that to 4 hours so you should not have to keep logging in. Hopefully that should be enough! :)
