Each enemy you dodge grants points.
Every 50 points you level up and the game gets harder.
Use arrow keys or A and D to move left & right.
Use space to pause the game.
Use enter to start/restart the game.

I plan on a fully customiazble difficulty configuration, but for the moment it is easy/medium/hard, medium being the setting from the versions before.
