As a former IDM user myself, I thought just like you. Because when I pressed the download button, the browser's confirmation window popped up instead of Varia's. But when I clicked on the browser's confirmation, Varia took over the download. Maybe it would have been better if this process was mentioned as an information note in Varia.

But, NEVER be petty enough to give an open-source app one star!

With varia and firefox running in flatpak this is working great!

not catching downloads. tried restarting the app and reinstalling add on. but same issue.

Hello, are you sure the extension is switched on? In the window that appears when you click on it.

Amazing! it works on Flatpak literally no other download managers work on flatpak both browser and Varia are flatpak
