[Hotfix] Fixed an issue causing QR Scanner to fail in particular situations.

Allowed quick unlocking of the local encrypted vault directly from the autofill pop-up when the vault is locked.
Added a right-click action to open the autofill pop-up directly at the clicked input field.
Added matching permission setting to control the newly-added right-click context menu feature.
Now QR-scanning page no longer automatically closes itself after successful scanning.
Significantly improved performance and accuracy of QR Scanner when scanning large scale pictures.
