Overhauled the snooze system for Focus features. Tiers now start at 5 minutes (down from 15) and the waiting countdowns scale up with duration — longer snoozes require proportionally longer waits before they kick in. Switching tabs during a countdown resets it.

Permanent disable now requires a significantly longer wait.

Fixed a bug where the popup showed stale state after a snooze expired — the toggle and timer indicator now update in real time when the background re-enables a feature.
