it seems that the rumors that YT is fighting the adblockers is true, google recommended this extension so i tried it but sadly it does not work at all.

It used to work great, but just like all the other extensions that would get you to the embed free of ads links, it no longer works 😭

Very good and effective, works as advertised. Only suggestion is please have the option to open in a new tab!

I use this because Youtube updates their anti-adblocks faster than UBlock Origin can, and the old method of "clearing cookies and logging back in" no longer works. But this extension does! Youtube can cripple uBlock Origin, but they can't cripple this extension!

Tysm, the warning was getting past UBO recently and this seems to have fixed it.

Update: 5 stars plus. Have been using (happily) for several months now. I use VPN, UBlockOrigin & other security apps/programs. YouTube does NOT like me very much. I have been in email contact with this developer & we swapped info. He has made changes & upgrades. It was good before & is greater now. I use it constantly & only rarely resort to a backdoor method to bypass YouTube blocks. It has something to do with the Vid developers choices to block certain access to the vids; not YouTube itself. Me? My biggest hatred now is the number of vids with false, misleading, misdirecting names & descriptions wasting my time. Will be going to Zorin OS in 6 months; new challenges I am sure. ;>))

Lately Youtube has worked overtime in their attacks on any kind of adblocking use by users. I now get every video pick screened & blocked by youtube as a TOS/TOU violation & the video area becomes a black screen of death. My volume & skip screen controls are locked. I am forced to log in & pass checks to prove I am human constantly.

Now, I just click on YouTube Anti Adblock Definitive Fix for every blocked vid & it works. Simply, easily it just works. 5 stars...

Was working great. But youtube may have caught onto you. Now every video opens to a grey screen and says "video unavailable". Update: Nevermind, VPN interferes with it. Keep doing God's work!

It works, went to Youtube movies, to test it. Perfect.

Nice and easy to use. I just press it on a video and refresh the page and it works its magic. But yeah Youtube and its adblocker thing is awful and this is working pretty well against Youtube's dumb anti adblocker thing.
