Fixed user name coloring

YouTube recently introduced an update to YouTube Gaming's chat to support user name and emoji autocomplete, as well as timestamps out of the box. The update required changes to BetterRBTV in order to make the add-on work again. Unfortunately, it will only work for YouTube Gaming for the time being until YouTube updates the main site chat as well. You can access the Gaming view of a live stream by replacing "www" with "gaming" in Firefox's address bar, regardless of the type of video shown.
