Add an icon to password fields to indicate whether caps lock is on.
Hovering over a password field while the icon is present will display `CAPS LOCK is on!` title text.
This addon requires permission to "access your data for all websites." This simply means that it will attempt to find password fields on all web pages. No data is collected or stored. The source code is available on Github: https://github.com/ItsNickBarry/caps-lock-notifier
