Rewired concentration spell detection so casting or rolling a concentration spell can turn on the tracker Concentration state again.
Fixed the tracker Concentration Check Roll button so it targets the current UI v2 CON saving throw row and uses a stronger DDB click sequence.
Fixed concentration damage checks so the damage button and HP/temp HP watcher use the same prompt path and avoid duplicate prompts.
Improved failed concentration roll detection from the DDB dice log and the short popup roll messages, so a failed CON result can break concentration even when the roll-log side panel is closed.
Added popup actor-name gating so popup CON results are only accepted when the popup name matches the current character sheet name.
Improved broken-concentration feedback so failed checks turn off the tracker Concentration toggle and show a clear broken message.

-Rebuilt the Action Checklist / Concentration tracker from the old centered bottom chip bar into a Character Art style floating tracker with a fancy frame shell and SenseRow-style action buttons.
-Changed the tracker default layout to a right-side vertical rail with persistent lock, drag, rotate, collapse, scale, and pop-out behavior.
-Improved horizontal tracker mode with a slimmer row layout, tracker-as-button header, rotated side-frame styling, and tuned active markers.

-Updated DDBCHAT receive handling to remove timed receive/replay TTL behavior; duplicate standard chat payloads are now deduped for the current page session instead of replaying after a timer expires.
-Muted the hidden DDBCHAT receiver frame so background receiver polling cannot play DDB notification audio while reading the persistent Party Inventory note field.
-Improved DDBCHAT packet/write dedupe limits for GM/player packet traffic so stale visible DDBCHAT item-note chunks are not re-relayed repeatedly during the same page session.
-Fixed UI v2 light mode readability for ability and saving throw labels when DDB leaves dark-mode classes on cloned ability/save elements.
