Thanks for the detailed feedback! I'm glad it's been helpful :) And thanks for the feature requests – I'll definitely be adding the ability to see a list of blocked elements and the ability to edit/remove one at a time.

EDIT: I just added a feature to show all blocked elements/CSS selector rules. I also added the ability to delete any specific rule.
