- When you create your account you get 30 days of unlimited access. Once this time is up your Vault is locked and you are forced to upgrade to a paid account in order to access your passwords again. So unless you have backed up your passwords before this time you are out of luck. This isn't made explicitly clear when you first sign up.
Also the Firefox plugin "Keeper Fill" wouldn't remember my password so I had to type it in every time I opened Firefox.

Also on several other security related features I would score it very well (recovery without sacrificing security, totp, etc.). Tried Dashlane, Enpass, and 1Password as well. But neither worked as reliable on different devices and through the webapp. - Recently switched to Keeper due to a previous popular password manager's plugin being so ugly to browser performance. Keeper's performance and it's UI experience in general is so much nicer and refreshing. Will be using the family plan to ensure all my family are using sensible security.
