I go for 150s and I add youtube, reddit, news websites, etc. to the list. Then I don't end up aimlessly browsing the web when I should work or leave the computer and spend time with family instead.

Very customizable and has so many options presented in an organized way. This has saved me so much time. UI is a bit hard to grasp at first, but once you get used to it you get to appreciate the tons of functions.
