the add-on works 90% of the time 50% of the time. If I hadn't gotten a very good deal I would ask for a refund, it's slow and not reliable. It gets harder to use. Edit: I already tried all the normal trouble shooting things and I've come to the conclusion that the issue is with the add-on itself and the unwillingness of Nord to let people change servers.
