NoRefer 2 does not collect, transmit, or sell any data.

The header rules you create are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and never leave your device.
The extension contacts no servers. It has no analytics, no telemetry, and no accounts.
Headers are modified on-device by the browser's built-in declarativeNetRequest engine. The extension does not read the content of your requests, responses, or the pages you visit.


If you uninstall the extension, its stored rules are removed by the browser.
