por Potato_Head, há 2 anosI stumbled upon this extension watching Ali Abdal video on time management. Despite its simplicity, it's a great extension. Just adds enough resistance to something you do automatically without any thinking. Which makes you think for a second "Do I really want to do this right now? or Is it just muscle memory and bad habits that brought me here?". Totally recommend for anyone struggling to decrease their usage for time wasting website and be more mindful on what you spend your time on. There's an app as well for those who don't know, available for both Android and iOS.

If possible, I would like to suggest a new feature I believe would be useful (to most people). It's the schedule. for me, it's useful to have this addon (as well as mobile app), enabled during working hours, as well as before sleep. But between that, I often find myself having to disable it temporarily. - Avaliado em 5 de 5por mo, há 2 meses

- Avaliado em 4 de 5por what do you want, há 2 mesesi like the idea and it works decently, but it's a bit janky. sometimes it makes you wait twice, or it randomly pops up even if you didn't leave the tab. it's also annoying that it shows up even if you leave just for one second. last, the breathing screen needs overflow:hidden in the css so it stops showing scrollbars that it shouldn't.

publicado há 2 mesesHey, thanks a lot for your feedback! You could definitely try enabling the "Intentional Website Switching" feature. This prevents the intervention from showing up again when briefly leaving a tab for a different site. Hope that helps! - Avaliado em 5 de 5por dunxen, há 3 mesesWorks so smoothly, doesn't interfere with website performance after intervention.
This is exactly what I've needed for my calm and focus.

It got far better with the new intermissions they've added recently. It helps me control the use of those websites that hook me up for hours quite well like youtube, works like a charm.
