File cleanup, library updates, and realignment to Mozilla's policies. No user-facing changes.

Fixes:
• The last update's font increase now only applies to the new layout. Font size is now reasonable for both versions of YouTube.
• Adjusted the top margin of the Reddit container to be in line with the Google+ container.

• Collapsing comments no longer causes them to disappear completely while using the new layout
• The plugin now properly detects when a new video is loaded, even if the page doesn't refresh
• The comments section now refreshes when you submit a new comment or edit

• Ported to WebExtension, now compatible with the latest versions of FireFox
• Updated to support both the old and new YouTube layouts, the current layout is automatically detected
• Many portions of the code's back end has changed, so expect slight instabilities that I may have missed in my testing (please report issues on the github page linked in the description)
