Fixed a bug with disabling and re-enabling the extension. blocklistUpdater.js wasn't utilizing the cache, thus causing TLDs to not be blocked when the extension is re-enabled.

I added ?v=1 to each image file name in html documents to cache the images for faster loading, especially since the background image can be a bit latent to load without caching since it's a bit large.

I made h1's text shadows relative to the viewport width, so then they scale proportionately with the font size. In other words, SHATTER looks the same at any window size.

Got rid of left behind code for displaying the blocklist responsible for blocking a request. The feature would have slowed down the extension anyway, had it been implemented.
